The Dansensor® Lippke® VC1400 is a package leak detector designed to find even the smallest leaks in blister packs, glass vials, and other flexible, rigid, and semi-rigid packages. It tests seal strength and package integrity for quality control, process optimization on packaging lines, and R&D package development. This instrument automates the methylene blue dye test and bubble emission test (ASTM D3078), ensuring highly repeatable results. Test parameters and results are automatically stored on the device and can be printed or exported as CSV files. Vacuum level and penetration time can be adjusted easily through the touchscreen graphical interface. With optional accessories and two available versions—integrated vacuum ejector for compressed air use or external vacuum pump (PU1400)—the Dansensor Lippke VC1400 offers flexible integration into quality control workflows.
